Tim is the owner of several properties in Chiang Mai,

including rental homes, hostels, townhouses, and land for sale.

One of the rental properties is located near Central Airport Plaza Chiang Mai.

The tenant, a real estate investor from Bangkok, was looking to rent the house

to start an Airbnb business, but requested to renovate the house.

They signed a 9-year lease, and the tenant spent over 2.5 million baht

on the renovation, essentially making it like a new house.
